Training the team

One of the advantages of being part of the Tommy's Express franchise is the extensive training they provide as a new site opens. Ahead of the opening, a Tommy's Express startup team arrived to dial in all of the equipment to ensure that all was working well before we washed any guest vehicles. We also had an operations team on-site to train our team on everything from the POS system to the daily maintenance required to keep the wash in good working order.
