Site Leader of the Year

So excited for Michael Mason--Site Leader at our Capstan Solutions-operated Tommy's Express® Car Wash located in Colorado Springs--who was awarded the Tommy's Express Site Leader of the Year award for the Central Region of the United States!

Mike is so deserving of this award! He always fights for the highest possible good in the lives of those he leads and works at helping all of his Team Members become the best possible versions of themselves!

On top of that, Mike is constantly working on tweaking every aspect of his wash to make it the best car wash in Colorado Springs! Coming out of the food industry, car washing was new to Mike. However, that hasn't stopped him from doing everything he can to learn how every component of the wash functions and how to ensure that all of it works to produce the best wash quality for every car that passes through our wash.

We are so blessed to have Mike as a leader, and it was my great privilege to be with him when he received this award in front of a room filled with Tommy's corporate representatives as well as Franchise Partners and Site Leaders from across the country!
